Duplicate so it is a little darker

White shape - adjust/add noise

Taupe oval - flood fill with color of choice

Adjust/add noise

Red oval - p8

Paste close up

Layer properties - hard light

Opacity at 70%

Stars - adjust/add noise

Blue squares - p4

E57 - resize 30% and place inside squares

White frame squares - adjust/add noise

Position main tube

I added a thin gradient glow of white

R frame - grab magic wand and click inside

Position face of tube

Invert/delete/select none

Layer properties to soft light (or what looks best with your tube)

Drag below frame

Do the same for the left frame

Merge all the flowers and leaves together

Selections/all/float/defloat

I used 2 elements to cover the flowers/invert/delete for both elements/select none

Retro circles - resize 65%

Image/free rotate/right/90

E2 - resize 30%

Daddy O WA - resize 25% and free rotate right by 15

Cool baby WA - resize 25% and free rotate left by 15

Jukebox - resize 30%

Glasses - resize 25%

Image/free rotate/left/15

Diner sign - resize 25%

Position tube

New raster layer

Flood fill with color of choice

Selections/modify/contract by 6/delete/select none

Add inner bevel of choice

Merge visible/crop/add proper copyright

Paste tube

Mura meister - with following:

Duplicate

On bottom layer - Adjust/motion blur/45/strength 100

Top layer - Distortion/pixelate/10

Layer properties to overlay

Adjust/sharpen/unsharp mask with following:

Merge visible

Custom selection with the following:

Promote selection to layer

Select none

Duplicate/image/mirror

Merge these together

Selection/all/float/modify/expand by 5/add new layer and flood fill with dark color

Move below and add an inner bevel of choice and DS

On promoted layer

Adjust/blur/gaussian at 5

Click on background

Grab your magic wand and click a few dark spots

If you have a newer version of PSP, use your smart selection with the following:

Once you are happy with your selection/promote to layer

Duplicate 2 x/ on top layer

Alienskin/xenofex/constellation with following:

Close this layer

Next layer - hit random seed 1x - close this layer

Last layer - same

Click top layer

Add new layer

Add some brushes if you want...make it yours

Position your tube

New layer/flood fill with dark color

Selections/modify/contract by 8/delete/select none

Crop

Add proper copyright

Open AS

Copy merged

Paste in AS as new

Back in PSP

Close out current layer

Open next layer

Copy merged

AS - paste after current frame

Back in PSP

Close out current layer

Open last layer

Copy merged

AS - paste after current frame

Check animation...if happy/save

Crop/resize/add proper copyright add white background

click on weave layer

Open AS

Plug-in - Alienskin Xenofex/constellation

With the following settings:

copy merged

Paste in AS as new animation

Back in PSP - undo

Xenofex - hit random seed one time

Copy merged

AS - click image and place after current frame

Back in PSP - undo

Xenofex - hit random seed one time

Copy merged

AS - click image and place after current frame

In AS, view animation...if happy save
