I decided to animate...if you don't want it animated...go ahead and merge visible/crop/resize as needed and add proper copyright

TO Animate - 

Crop/resize/add proper copyright add white background

click on weave layer

Open AS

Plug-in - Alienskin Xenofex/constellation

With the following settings:

copy merged

Paste in AS as new animation

Back in PSP - undo

Xenofex - hit random seed one time

Copy merged

AS - click image and place after current frame

Back in PSP - undo

Xenofex - hit random seed one time

Copy merged

AS - click image and place after current frame

In AS, view animation...if happy save
