Plug in - Xero/nostalgia at default

Layer properties at Luminance Legacy

Opacity at 60

(use what looks best for your tube)

Mask3 - center near bottom of mask

Dots2 - colorize if needed

Stars

Paste tube behind and erase any showing in eyes of mask3

Frame2 - rotate right and place in position behind tube layer

Dots - colorize if needed - paste rh side on frame

Voodo wand - resize 60%/free rotate/left by 10

Ribbon4 - place bottom behind mask3

Click top layer

Glitter spray

Bling string

Deco - resize 75% and drag down under mask3

Click top layer

Sparkles

Horse - resize 60%

Crop/resize as neede/mergevisible/add proper copyright
