I always start at bottom and work my way up

Bottom layer - p8/apply mask/merge group and erase the copyright

Duplicate so it is a little darker

Cream rectangle - p9

Taupe square - p13

blue shape  - p11

White shape - adjust/add noise

Taupe oval - flood fill with color of choice

Adjust/add noise

Red oval - p8

Paste close up

Layer properties - hard light

Opacity at 70%

Stars - adjust/add noise

E1 - resize 35%

Blue squares - p4

E57 - resize 30% and place inside squares

White frame squares - adjust/add noise

E30 - resize 60%

Position main tube

E33 - resize 45%

E24 - resize 40%

E13 - resize 40%

E22 - resize 30%

E16 - resize 30%

E41 - resize 30%

E3 - resize 40% and drag down below purple cactus

E56 - resize 30%

Merge all visible/resize as needed/add proper copyright
