Open template and delete copyright layer
Move word art to top
Delete the next 7 layers
Image/canvas size/800x800
P8 - apply mask/merge group and send to bottom
White frame layers - flood fill color of choice
New layer12 - p2
New layer & copy5 - p6
New layer copy 1&4 - p9

E7 - position
New layer1 - flood fill
New layer2 - p7
New layer copy3 - p5
Select all/float/modify by 8/new layer/flood fill/move under one layer/select none

Position your tubes
E19 - resize 50%
E16
E28
E20 - resize 10%
E27 - resize 40%
E11
E66 - resize 50%
E60 - resize 30%
Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
