This tutorial is of my own creation. I am using PSP2019. Please leave a thanks when downloading.  If I am using a template, I always start at the bottom and work my way up. Open template and delete copyright layer, fairy brush, small yellow frame, and word art

start at bottom with p6 - apply mask/merge group

E19 - resize 40%

Mura meister/copies/encircle/20,65,65

Circle background - p1

Raster4 - flood fill color of choice

Add an inner bevel of choice

Pink slats - flood fill same color and bevel

Green slats - p7

Green frame - flood fill and bevel

Gradient rec - p3

Purple frame - same fill and bevel

E41 - erase outside frame

E70 - same

E24 - mirror

E47 - resize 70%

E22 - resize 40%

E34 - resize 50%

Position tube as you see fit

E60 - resize 50%

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
