This tutorial is of my own creation. I am using PSP2019. Please leave a thanks when downloading.  If I am using a template, I always start at the bottom and work my way up. If using a FTU or PTU tube - please don't use without proper copyright. Always drop shadow as you go. If you try one of my tuts, I would love to display it on my blog....thanks

Open template and delete copyright layer

Image/canvas size 800x800

P6 - apply mask/merge group/resize 120%

Layers/arrange/send to bottom

Small rectangle - add texture of choice

Rectangle back - adjust/add noise

Rectangle - p9

Thin rectangle left & right - adjust/add noise

Center rectangle - p1

Thin rectangle center - adjust/add noise

Circle - p3

Frame

Sparkles

Ribbon5

Starscatters

Raster18 & frame back - merge together - p12

Rectangle back - adjust/add noise

Rectangle - p8

Add 3 tubes to frame back

Duplicate - Adjust/blur/gaussian at 3

Layer properties at multiply or whatever looks best for you

Button and bow

Heart2 - resize 50%

Diamonds

Scattered hearts

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
