P14 - apply mask/merge group

Frame3 - resize 120%

Position your close up as you want

Layer properties to hard light

Layer properties to Luminance L

Add a small border around your raster4

Shamrock bow - resize 60%

Add tube

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
