Open template, delete copyright layer and heart
E56 - resize 30%
Position on canvas
Mura meister/copies/wallpaper rotate changing top # to 100
Duplicate/image/mirror/merge down
Apply mask/merge group
Arrange/send to bottom
Background - p2
E7 - resize 90%
Snowflakes - flood fill with red
Black rectangle - flood fill with green
Left fill - red
Effects/texture effects/weave
Closeup - Xero/nostalgia at default
Layer properties - Luminance Legacy
Left frame - add noise
Right fill - green
Same effect as red
Closeup - Luminance Legacy/opacity at 60%
Right frame - add noise
E41 - resize 40%
E46 - resize 30%
E68 - resize 35% and erase circle at top
E29 - resize 20%
E57 - resize 30%
E1 - resize 75% - mirror
E35 - resize 60%
Position tube
Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
