Mask - #148 HERE
Tube - PUT HERE (use a tube kneeling)

I went ahead and added both kits to one folder
Open template/delete copyright layer
Image/canvas size/800x800
Remember to DS as you go
I always start at the bottom and work up
Glitter2
Apply mask/merge group
Click bottom layer and paste mask
Background circle - p7
Background flower - p3
EC4000 - HSB noise at default
Flood fill all the frame fills with a color from tube
On your outter frame fills - effects - art media/charcoal with detail at 20, opacity at 50
Position your tube in center
E63 - move down one layer
E28 - position across the frames
E46
E61 - resize 40% and position top of right frame
E58 - bottom of left frame
E27
E36
E69 - place on right frame layer
E51 - resize 60% and position under right frame
E52 - resize 60% and position next to E51
Drag below E51 & 52
Position these to your liking
Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
