Tube - your choice

Open 2 new images 175x175 (ava) and 600x250 (main)

Remember to DS as you go

Starting on the main

Paste tube 

Mura meister/copies/wallpaper/rotate

Adjust/blur/motion/angle and strength at 100 - repeat

Duplicate

On this layer

Effects/texture/fine leather/default

Apply mask/merge group

Adjust/sharpen/unsharp mask

Layer properties/screen

Repeat these steps for avatar

Main image

E12 - resize 60% and place right side

Same on ava

Main image

Cluster frame1 - erase the frame only

Position bottom on main image

Resize the cluster 45% and position same on ava

Resize your tube and position left side on main image

I didn't use the tube on the ava...feel free if you want

Merge all visible/crop/add proper copyright

AAA Frames/foto/top slider at 7 and opacity at 42

Apply same to ava
