E17 - resize 90%
Merge raster 2&3 together
E1 - resize 40%/image/canvas size/600x600
Effects/mura meister/copies/wallpaper.top number to 75/duplicate/image/ mirror merge these 2 together and use as paper for raster 2&3
Merge 4&5 - p6
Effects - texture effects/blinds/default/white
Top 3 layers, use p1...selections/float/modify/expand by 4/new raster layer/floodfill color of choice/select none/drag below/add noise of choice
Add a small border around this layer
Crop image
Image/canvas size/700x700
Frame3 - resize 60% and use it to frame the top and bottom of raster 1
Click top layer
E14 - place bottom
Glitter1 - place bottom
E1 - resize 40%
Place tubes on squares...on the tube layers:
Xero - radiance/default
Effects/artistic effects/aged newspaper/top# is 50
Layer properties to Luminance Legacy
Position main tube
E8 - resize 80% - add noise
E13 - resize 60%
E31 - resize 30% and decorate squares
E11 - resize 45%
Sparkle2 - drag below tube layer
Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright

St Pat play on masks - FTU

Open 600x50 and 150x150 image
Working on both images simultaneously
Paste p11 (also on ava)
Paste p12 - apply mask/merge group
Adjust/sharpen more on both
E59 - both
E27 - resize 60% (forum image)
E27 - resize another 60% (ava)
E53 - (forum)
E53 - resize 40% (ava)
Position tube on both
Crop both and add new raster layer on both
Go to your material pallet and click on Foreground/tab "pattern'/click on current pattern drop down and click on p14/ok
Flood fill both with this pattern
On forum, selections/all/modify/contract by 6/delete on keyboard/select none
Ava - do same but contract by 4
Merge all visible
Add proper copyright

Crumple - no scrap - FTU

Tube I used is by Marilyn Allen - HERE (make sure to use proper copyright and read TOU)

Going to try something different...
Open a paper of choice and a single tube of choice (on the tube, sharpen a few times, there is no need to resize to a bigger image)
Go to image/arithmetic with these settings:

Make sure you are on the paper layer when performing this effect...you should now have something like this:

Go to adjust/hue saturation/colorize/add chance to a color of your choice

Effects - texture effects - blinds

Open a new image 600x250

Paste the image you just made into the new image...position so face is seen

Hover your pointer over the left side of image till the directional arrow is seen....now drag out a little bit

Grab your selection tool/rounded rectangle/add/feather at 30..

Make a thin selection across the image..making sure to drag off image a little bit

Promote this selection to layer and select none - sharpen

Duplicate 2 times (total of 3 naming them 1,2,3)

Alien Skin Xenofex2/crumple with the following settings:

Click on next layer down and apply crumple hitting random seed one time

Do it again on last layer

Paste tube into position

Add some sparkles

Click top layer and add new raster layer...flood fill with contrasting color

Select all/modify/contract by 6/hit delete/select none

Apply crumple to this layer

Effects/3d/buttonize making sure your color is white

Crop your image and add proper copyright

Open AS

In psp...copy merged

In AS paste as new animation

Back in psp, close out this layer/merge visible

AS - click image and paste after current frame

Go to edit/select all

Animation/frame properties and change to 40

Go to view/animation - if satisfied save

Position your tube in the frame the way you see fit
Sign - resize 80%
Flowerheart - resize 15%
Harp - resize 60% and place behind the sign
Crop/merge visible/resize if needed/add proper copyright

If you want a tiny border around each layer - Selections/all/float/modify/expand by 3/new raster layer...flood fill with a light color (do this for all layers....add noise if you prefer)

Open E30 - resize 85% staying on this image

Open transparent image 650x250 and avatar 200x200

Grab your selection tool using freehand and trace around a section of your tube

Right click in layer pallet and promote selection to layer/select none

Paste onto canvas

Effect - Mura meister/copies/wall paper rotate/change top number to 30

Effects - Texture effects/soft plastic

Apply this background to your avatar too

New raster layer and flood fill with a dark color of choice from tube

Selections/select all/modify/contract by 6/delete/select none

Do this on avatar but contract by 4

On both images apply EC5/glass

On both images

Click on your background layer

Selection tool/rounded rectangle/add/feather 20

drag from one side to the other 

Promote to layer

Effects/texture/antique mosaic (name this layer ani)

Duplicate this layer 2 more times (total of 3)

Effect - ASXenofex/constellation

Click next layer/xenofex/hit random seed 1x

Click last layer/xenofex/hit random seed 1x

Add any elements you want

Add tube - position as you see fit

Crop both images

click top layer and add proper copyright

Open AS

Click on forum image

In PSP Right click top of your image/copy merged

In AS paste as new animation

PSP - hide that ani layer and unhide your 2nd layer

Right click image/copy merged

AS - click image/paste after current frame

PSP - hide that ani layer and unhide your 3nd layer

Right click image/copy merged

AS - click image/paste after current frame

In AS..view animation...if happy, save
