Open p17 and apply mask/merge group

Frame8 - merge these together
Magic wand: settings add/none and c lick inside frame/selections/modify/expand by 20/p7/invert/delete/select none and drag below frame layer
Splat3
Click top layer
Doodle4 - position top right of frame
Doodle4 - resize 60%/image/mirror/flip - position bottom left of frame
Position your tube in the frame the way you see fit
Sign - resize 80%
Flowerheart - resize 15%
Harp - resize 60% and place behind the sign
Crop/merge visible/resize if needed/add proper copyright
