Flood fill with light color of tube

effects - EC4000 - HSB Noise/default

Paste your tube and duplicate

On top tube -

Effect - Xero - radiance at default

Layer properties screen with opacity at 60

Original tube - Xero - porcelain at default

Merge tube layers together

Add a DS of your choice

Grab your preset shape/rectangle/background color white and foreground closed

Draw a thin rectangle across your whole image/convert to raster layer

Duplicate - move down some

Duplicate - move down some

Flood fill the middle one with the light color you used for background

Merge these 3 together - Selections/All/float/defloat

In LP, right click on tube layer and promote selection to layer/select none

Bring the promoted layer above the 3 rectangle layers

Add ds of choice to the 3 rectangle

On your original tube layer - layer properties/opacity to 40

Click on top layer add new layer

Flood fill with a darker color from tube

Selections/all/float/modify/contract by 5/hit delete on keyboard

Add inner bevel of your choice

EC4000 - thin white gradient glow

Merge all visible/crop

Add wording of your choice, if you prefer

Font used for "kindness" is "inkland" from HERE

Add proper copyright and you are done
