Open template and delete copyright layer, layers 3-6, and open the white background layer if you want to animate
As always, start at the bottom and remember to ds as you go

Layers 1&2 - p6
add a border - select all/float/modify/expand by 5/new layer and flood fill with color of choice and drag below

Layer7 - p8 - do the same as above for the border
*Layer 9 -this is the layer we will animate- add a border as above
grab 3 papers of choice
Selections/select all/float/defloat/invert:
paste paper of choice/delete rename ani 1
paste next paper of choice/delete rename ani2
paste last paper of choice/delete rename ani 3....close off bottom 2 layers

E44 - resize 60%
E51 - resize 45%
E6 - resize 45%
E7 - resize 40%
E2 - resize 60%
E4 - drag to layer under tube and erase some of bottom
E95 - resize 60% and drag below till you are happy
E56 - resize 60%
crop/resize/add proper copyright
ANIMATE
Open As
right click image/copy merged
In AS paste as new animation
back in PSP
close ani 1 and open ani 2
Right click image/copy merged
In AS
right click image and paste after current frame
back in PSP
Hide ani 2 and open ani 3
Right click image/copy merged
In AS
Right click image/paste after current frame
Now go to Edit/select all
Click on your animation tab at the top and click on frame properties
In the frame properties box change the number to 20 or which ever speed you want
Save image and you are done
