Filters - EC4000, Alien Skin Xenoflex (ASX)

Flood fill dark color

New raster layer - flood fill lighter color

Effect - EC - fur:

Apply mask ending in 369/merge group

Adjust/sharpen more

Layer properties/luminance legacy

New raster layer

Flood fill white

Effect - EC /marble:

Apply other mask/merge group

Adjust/sharpen more

Layer properties/multiply

Rectangle tool - draw out 4 rectangles and convert each to raster

On each rectangle add

Effects - ASX - shatter:

Merge these together

Add word art of choice (I used a word art brush..not sure where I found it)

Add tube

Merge visible

New raster layer

Flood fill light color

Selections/all/float/modify/contract by 6/delete/select none

Inner bevel

Add proper copyright
