Open template and delete copyright layer

Image/canvas size/800x800

Cluster - resize 110%/send to bottom

Merge next 4 together - p9

Raster2 - p4

Raster5&copy - p8

Position close up tube of choice

P5 - apply mask/merge group

Layer properties - luminance legacy

E57 - add gradient glow

E70 - resize 60%

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
