This tutorial is of my own creation. I am using PSP2019. Please leave a thanks when downloading.  If I am using a template, I always start at the bottom and work my way up. If using a FTU or PTU tube - please don't use without proper copyright. Always drop shadow as you go. If you try one of my tuts, I would love to display it on my blog....thanks

Open template and delete copyright layer, white, raster4, and word art 

Image/canvas size/900x900

P11 - resize 125%

Raster14 - flood fill

Rasters 9 - p4

Rasters 6 - flood fill and add noise

Rasters 7 - p10

Raster3 - p1

Raster13 - effect of choice

Raster12 - p8

Rasters 11&15 - close up tube

I applied xero radiance at default and layer properties at luminance legacy

Merge each tube onto raster and apply texture effects/blinds

Stars - add noise

Doodle - resize 85%

Ribbon

Position tube

Hisbiscus flower - resize 30%

Duplicate/mirror

Apply mask/merge group/send to bottom

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
