Open template and delete copyright layer

P6 - apply mask/merge group/send to bottom

Brush - p9

Add glass effect

Backgrounds - flood fill

Add noise of choice

Rectangle1 - p4

Circle - p9

Square1 - p5

Position tube

Word Art

E9 - resize 90%
