Open template and delete copyright layer and swirls

Open p1 - apply mask/merge group/resize 75%/layers unchecked

Send to bottom

Effects/texture/antique mosaic at default or what you prefer

Frame - flood fill color of choice

I added noise to my frame

Position your tube

Image/free rotate/right by 20

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
