Open template and delete copyright layer

Open p10

Grab squared lines texture

New layer - flood fill with texture

Layer properties/luminance legacy/opacity at 40

Merge down

Apply mask/merge group/send to bottom

Bow1 - resize 40%

Tree - resize 85%

Candy cane - resize 80%

Deco - resize 60%

Duplicate/mirror

Position tube

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
