Open template and delete copyright layer, word art, layer1, and leaves

Image/canvas size/800x800

P5 - apply mask/merge group/send to bottom

2&3 - p4

Selections all/float/modify/expand by 4/new layer/flood fill/add noise/select none and move down 1 layer

4&10 - p6

Add same border as previous

11 - flood fill/add noise

12 - grab your magic wand/add/RGB at 50/click white/add noise/select none

Keeping your magic wand - click dark part of 12/invert/p3/delete/select none

13 - p7

E15 - resize 65%

14 - p2

Add border as earlier

15 - p2 - same

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
