This tutorial is of my own creation. I am using PSP2019. Please leave a thanks when downloading.  If I am using a template, I always start at the bottom and work my way up. Open template and delete copyright layer 

Image/canvas size/800x800

P1 - apply mask/merge group/send to bottom

Black square - flood fill color of choice

Add a glass effect

Green rectangle - p5

Duplicate/send to top and position (mirror one)

E19 - resize 70%

Frame fill - p8

Frame trim - add noise of choice

Triple frame - flood fill as before

Position your tubes if you want

I changed their properties to screen...you do what looks best for your tubes

E21 - resize 10%

E64 - resize 30% and move below E28

E8 - resize 15%

E40 - resize 60%

E66 - resize 60%

E22 - resize 10%

Position main tube

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
