Open template and delete copyright layer and raster1

Image/canvas size/800x800

P10 - apply mask/merge group/send to bottom

Web - flood fill color from tube

Bars - p9

Add gradient glow of choice

Circle - p5

Frame4

WA - add same gradient glow

Sign

Face

Lights

Dots

Ribbon

Web

Swirl2

Bat2

Ghosts - resize 85%

Position tube

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
