Open template and delete copyright and word art layers

P4 - apply mask/merge group/send to bottom

Background3 - pp6

Background2 - p7

Background1 - p4

Trim - add noise of choice

E13 - resize 85%

E52 - resize 50%

Image/free rotate/right by 20

Duplicate and position bottom left

Frame background - pp5

Add a glass effect of your choice

Frame fill - Adjust/add noise/20/gaussian/monochrome checked

Frame - pp2

Circle frame fill - add same noise as earlier.

Add tube

Click top layer

E20 - resize 30%/mirror

E22 - resize 45% and drag down a few layers

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
