Open P12 - apply mask/merge group

Glitter

Image/canvas size/800x800

Flower3 - resize 45%

Effects - Mura Meister/copies/encircle/14,65,65

Grab magic wand - click inside frame/selections/modify by 2/p10/invert/delete/select none and drag below glitter layer

Frame2

Position tube 

Ribbon4 - right side of frame

Diamonds - bottom right of frame

Flower - resize 30%

Mura meister/copies...change top # to 8

Netting 

Sparkles - left side of frame

Glitter4 - place bottom of frame

Swirl - image/rotate right 

Sparkles3 - center bottom of frame

Tag3 - resize 50% 

Bowtag - resize 35% 

Rose - resize 35% 

Duplicate/mirror

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
