P4 - apply mask/merge group/send to bottom

E54 - resize 60%

Mura meister/copies/encircle/10,60,60

Flake background - p5

Add a glass effect of choice

Merge top and bottom - p8

Add a border of choice and flood fill color of choice

E48 - position left

Duplicate/mirror

Frames - flood fill color of choice

Add glass effect as before

Left, middle and right - flood fill gradient of choice

Add your close up with effects of choice
