Open template and delete copyright layer, dotted round circle on frame, and word snow

Add a glass effect

Open AS

Open heavenly snowfall animation shop image

Select all

Copy your image into AS

Hit control+L till you have 23 frames

Control+A to select all

Drag your snow over onto your image

View animation, if happy, save
