Open template and delete copyright layer, wa fall fun, and yellow squares

Image/canvas size/800x800

P9 - apply mask/check invert/merge group

Arrange/send to bottom

click top layer

E16 - position as you want layer above mask

Duplicate/image/mirror/flip

Small circles - merge together - p10

Back border - p5

Dotted brn circle - p14

EC4000 - glass

White border circle - EC4 - glass with a light color

Lg grn circle - p17

Mini text - flood fill black

Lrg white rectangle - same glass effect

Lrg brn rectangle - p6

Sm white rectangle - same glass effect

Grn rectangles -merge together/p14
