Open template and delete copyright layer
Image/canvas size 800x800
P8 - apply mask/merge group/send to bottom
R&L rect - p1
Middle rect - p8
R&L circle - p9
E21
Middle circle - p7
Frame3 - resize 70%
Image/free rotate right/90
Magic wand - click inside/p9/invert/delete
E9/duplicate/flip/mirror
E5 - position/duplicate 2x/mirror
E1 - resize 15%/position/mirror
Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
