Open template and delete copyright layer

Image/canvas size 800x800

Open p7/apply mask/merge group

Send to bottom/duplicate/arrange

Layer3 & 4 - merge together - p6

Layer7 & 8 - pp5

Close up - layer properties/multiply (or what looks best with your tube)
