Add noise to your liking

3,7,10 - p2

E27 - image/free rotate/right by 90

4,8,12 - p5

6,9,13 - p1

Paste close-up - layer properties lighten

E47 - resize 50%

E15 - resize 30%

Duplicate/image/mirror

E1 - resize 60%

E2 - resize 40%

Position and merge down

Position tube

WA - resize 45%

I added a small border

Selections/all/float/modify/expand by 3/new raster layer and flood fill with color of choice/select none and move down below word

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright

E27 - place left/duplicate/image/mirror/flip

Position as you see fit

Flower swag - flood fill with a color from your tube

Add an inner bevel

Black circle - p5

Lg grey circle - flood fill color of choice

Grab magic wand and click inside large white circle - p8

Do the same for small white circle

Dark and gray circle - flood fill color of choice

E4 - layer properties at 70% opacity

Sm flower swag - flood fill color of choice

Inner bevel

Flowers - do the same

E58 - move to left a little

E73 - flip vertical

E2 - resize 25%

E52 - resize 50% and erase as needed

Paste tube

Mura meister/copies/encircle/10,60,60

Grab magic wand - click inside frame/promote selection to layer/select none

E35 - adjust blur/gaussian blur at 5

Click back to top layer

E41 - position bottom of frame

E40 - resize 75% - position left

E16 - resize 70% - place bottom of E40

E7 - resize 80% - position bottom center of frame

E67 - resize 70% - position in front of E40

E44 - drag down under promoted selection

Duplicate/image/mirror

Click top layer

E32 - position top of frame
