This tutorial is of my own creation. I am using PSP2019. Please leave a thanks when downloading.  If I am using a template, I always start at the bottom and work my way up. Open template and delete copyright layer

Image/canvas size/800x800

E10 - duplicate/mirror  (save for later)

Layer5 - p9

Layer6  - p10

Layer7 - p13

Layer8 - p5

Layer9 - p1

Merge 3 blue rectangles together - p7

Merge top 2 layers together - flood fill with color of choice

Add noise

E10 - bring here

E73 - resize 80%

E33 - resize 40%

E8

E3 - resize 30%

Duplicate/image/mirror and position

E1 - resize 35%

Position tube

E19 - resize 35%

E34 - resize 60%

E37 - resize  40%

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
