Open template and delete copyright layer

Image/canvas size/800x800

Raster1 - p20

E71 - resize 50% - place to bottom

Duplicate/image flip vertical and position at top

Word art - p12

Apply thin white gradient glow

Peace sign - E13 - resize 85%

Merge next 3 flower layers together - p7

Large heart - p13

Add a small white gradient glow

E29 - resize 40%

Add same gradient glow

Small  heart - p10

Last 3 flowers - p18

E37 - resize 40%

Position you  tube(s) as you like

Click top layer
