Open template, delete copyright and white background
Remember to DS as you go
I always start at bottom and work up
Image/canvas size/800x800
Thin and medium strips - flood fill color of tube
Effects - texture/weave at default
Delete dodad
Fat strip - p2
4 pokadots - flood fill color of choice
Adjust - add noise of your choice
Circle fill - E34 and P7
E49 - drag down 2 layers
Skip next 5 layers
Delete all of Be Fun wa
Flood fill the little flowers with a color of choice
Click top layer
E63 - place a little to right
E19 - resize 60% and place right
E28 - place a little to left
E41 - resize 60% - position left
Position tube
E76 - resize 40% and drag down one layer
E30 - resize 35%
E92 - resize 25%
Position the pumpkins as you want
Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
