Open template and delete word art

Image/canvas size/800x800

Remember to DS as you go

I always start at bottom and work  up

Duplicate

On duplicate - add a white glow

Click on original

ASX2/shatter:

Left frame bkgr - p9

Left frame fill - p2

Left frame-p6

Right frame background - p9

Right frame fill - p8

Right frame - p6

I added a small white glow to the frames

Position your tube

E2,3,4 - resize 25%

E50 - resize 35% -drag below pumpkins

Duplicate/image/mirror

E49 - resize 25%

E54 - resize 40% and place behind pumpkins

E47 - resize 35%

E64 - resize 40% and mirror

Merge all visible

Crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
