Open template - delete copyright and word art layers

As always, I start at bottom and work my way up

Remember to DS as you go

Tree2 - place bottom layer

Pink circle - p3

Black circle - texture effects/antique mosaic

Paint splat2 and 1 - flood fill with color of choice - add noise

Deco3

Frame fill - p4

Paste close up

Effects - Illumination/lights with following:

Adjust/blur/blur

Frame - p1

Add slight gradient glow

Paint splat 3 - same flood fill - add noise

Crop

Image/canvas size/800x800

Click top layer

Position ,main tube

Deco4 - resize 75%

Cat1 - resize 70%

Grass skulls - place bottom and position where you think looks best

Bat - resize 25%

Feather - mirror and drag down below grass skulls

Glitter

Click top layer

Skeleton - resize 35%

E8 - resize 50%

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
