Open template and delete copyright layer and word art layer

Paper3 - apply mask/merge group

E64 - I pasted twice and moved to fill

Golden circles - merge together

Effects - Texture/weave/default

Brown rectangle - Effects - 3d/inner bevel with the following

Tan rectangle - p4

E17 

Outline - use same inner bevel effect

Click top layer

E62 - resize 60%

E15 - Image/mirror

Add your tube

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
