Deco - place at bottom
Layer5 - p13
On this layer - selections/all/float/defloat/invert.add close up tube positioned as you think best and hit delete
On close up:
Effects - Xero - nostalgia at default
Layer properties to 60%
Layer 6 - flood fill with pink
Adjust/add/noise
Layer 7 & 9 - p8
Layer 8 & 10 - flood fill with pink and add noise
Crop
Image/canvas size/800x800
Floral cluster - resize 80%
Click top layer and paste on left side
Tulle flower - paste right side
Candies - position middle
Brooch3 - paste right side
Sparkles
Stemmedflowers - position and drag down a few layers and position
Butterfly - resize 45% and place at top
Paste your tube
Merge visible/resize as needed/add proper copyright
