Remember to DS as you go
Open template and delete copyright and word art layers
I always start at bottom and work my way up
Image/canvas size/800x800
Click bottom and add new layer/flood fill/white
P6 - apply mask/merge group
P12 - resize 90%/all layers unchecked/apply mask/merge group
1 & Copy1 - merge together/p2
t - flood fill white
Raster4 - p9 - rename ani
Raster2 - p1
Raster11 - p11
w - flood fill white
3 little grey squares - p5
E10 - resize 30%
E69 - resize 20...place into position and free rotate/left by 20
E29 - resize 45%
E85 - resize 30% - duplicate/image mirror and position
E175 - image/free rotate right by 90
E174 - do the same
Position tube
Crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
Now, if you want the animation...please continue:
Open AS
Back in psp, click on your ani layer
VMNatural/sparkle with the following:

Hit ok
Right click image, copy merged
Click in AS and paste as new animation
Back in psp...hit your undo button 1 x
VM Natural - move the random marker a little and hit ok

Right click image, copy merged

Click on image and paste after current frame

Back in psp...hit your undo button 1 x

VM Natural - move the random marker a little and hit ok

Right click image, copy merged

Click on image and paste after current frame

Now, in AS, go to edit/select all 

Open the mng

Edit/select all and drag the letter "U" over to the first frame of your image and drop into position.

We need to slow it down so go to animation/frame properties and change from 10 to 50

View animation...If you are happy, save
