I always work from bottom up and ds as you go

E2 - paste onto canvas and leave as is

5 - p2

Staying on this layer...selections/select all/float/modify/expand by 4/new raster layer and flood fill with a color of choice/select none/drag underneath layer5....add a bevel

I always crop my tag at this point to get rid of excess paper

Fill red word art with white (delete red word art) and add a small gradient glow with black and picture, gradient glow with same color as bevel

Add your tube.  I colorized mine using hue/saturation...you do as you feel best

E50 -add same hue/saturation and erase any showing on your tube

E98 - drag below tube layer

E4 - resize 25% and position different places on tag

E1 - resize 60% and paste below word art layer

Merge visible and add proper copyright
