Flood fill with white
Effects - Krusty's - Generator/PatternQ/settings below

Adjust/hue-saturation at 205 and 104
Paste e25
e18 - move to the left
e17
e04 - move to left at bottom
Effects - Mura meister/copies/line-rotate/default
Move down a bit and erase extra showing at top
Resize tube as desired and place below your mura meister layer
Hide your krusty's layer and merge visible/crop
Click on merged layer/new raster layer/flood fill with color of choice
Selection/all/contract by 6/delete/select none
Add an inner bevel of your choice (or a glass effect)
Add proper copyright and name
Open AS
click on krusty's layer and apply vm natural/splash

click ok/right click and copy merged and paste into AS as new image
Back in psp and undo
apply effect again changing frequency to 100/hit ok and copy merged into AS
Click on image and paste after current frame
Back in psp and undo
apply effect again changing frequency to 145/hit ok and copy merged into AS
Click on image and paste after current frame
Back in psp and undo
apply effect again changing frequency to 160/hit ok and copy merged into AS
Click on image and paste after current frame
Staying in AS - Edit/select all/animation/frame properties and change to 30
