Large circle outline - flood fill white

Medium circle solid - flood fill green

Medium circle outline - flood fill white

Small circle solid - p4

Small circle outline - flood fill white

Raster1 - p6

Crop and resize 75%

E26 - place at the bottom

E28

E38 - place bottom

E19 - resize 20%

Place in middle of top shamrock

Repeat for other 2 shamrocks

Position your tube kinda in middle

Merge word art layers together - I resized the word art by 80%

Crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
