Open template and delete copyright layer

P4 - apply mask/merge group/send to bottom

Word art

Frame - flood fill color of choice

Small rectangles - p8

Frame - fill same color

Circles - p10

Effects - Mura meister/cloud/change colors to your choice

House setting - erase any outside frame

Spider web - erase any outside frame

Frames - fill same color

Skull - resize 40% - opacity to 40 

Bats 1&2 - resize 35%

Ghost - resize 40%

Position tube

Merge visible/crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
