Open template and delete copyright layer

Bottom layer - p17/apply mask/merge group

Grab your magic wand and click inside each of the geometric shape

Selections/modify/expand by 2

Click mask layer and promote selection to layer/select none

Adjust/blur/gaussian at 4

Click geometric layer and add glass or inner bevel of your choice

Merge layers 1,2,3 together - p21 - I positioned so the words were showing

Heart - p10 - keep selected and add close up of tube - delete/select none

Xero - radiance at default or what ever looks best

Drag the paper and tube below heart layer

Heart layer  - apply same effect as you did for geometric shape

Crop

Image/canvas size/800x800

Glitter2 - resize 90%

Merge the heart layers together and move a little to the left

Position your tube

E8 - resize 90%

Rose 7&10 - resize 15%

XOX1 - resize 45%

Place to your liking

Kiss1 - resize 15%

Stamp2 - resize 45%

Lips1 - resize 10%

Crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright

As you see it is ready to animate

Click on your star

Effects/ASX/constellation with the following setting:

Click ok

Hide that layer and click next star layer and unhide

Effects/constellation AND HIT RANDOM SEED ONE TIME/ok

Hide that layer and click last star layer and unhide

Effects/constellation/hit random seed one time/ok

You shold now have an image with your layers like this:

Open AS

PSP - right click image/copy merged

In AS -  paste as new animation

PSP - hide top star layer and unhide next star layer

Right click image/copy merged

AS/right click image/ paste after current frame

PSP - hide that layer and unhide last star layer

Right click image/copy merged

AS/right click image/ paste after current frame

View animation

**Now, that is the basic....you can play around with your numbers**

Grab your magic wand and click inside each of the negative frames/expand by 3/paste p9/invert/delete/select none and move down one layer

Word art 1- image/free rotate/left by 30/and place on negative

Add a thick gradient glow to the wordart

Merge top 3 layers together and move up some 

Snowflake - position on the left so some of it is touching the negative

Paste tube and position on the right

Rose boa -position so tube is sitting on it

Word art 2 - position bottom left

Champagne2 - resize 65% and position a layer down

Star spiral - position top left

Streamers - rotate left and place left

Sparkles - position top right

Sparkles2 -position middle left

Star dangle - position top left on frame
Flower4 - resize50% and place on top of star dangle
Frame3 -resize 30% and place bottom right of frame
Place your tube so she is coming out of the frame
Confetti - position top left corner with some sticking out 
Duplicate/mirror and merge down
Duplicate/flip 
(we now have a mask)
Send this to bottom
Click top layer
Fireworks - do the same as you did for the confetti
Now send to bottom
Crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright/merge visible
