Open template and delete copyright layer

I always start at bottom and work up

Remember to DS as you go

Image/canvas size/800x800

Add new raster, flood fill white and send to bottom

Merge bottom 2 layers together - p10

Effects - EC4000 - HSB Noise/wrinkled fractal

Top layer - p4

Effects - EC4000 - glass

Duplicate 2 times (you can number them if needed)

1st copy ASX/constellation

Close out this copy 

Click next duplicate

Apply ASX again and hit random seed one time

Close out this copy

Click original

Apply ASX again and hit random seed one time

Click top layer

add proper copyright

If not animating, save

If you want to animate

Open AS

PSP - copy merged

AS - paste as new animation

PSP - close original layer, open copy 1

Scrapkit - Halloween Freebie by TTD - HERE

Tube- PFD is Phyllis - HERE

Plug-ins - AAA  Frames, EC4000, and Mura Mesiter

Open new image 600x250/

Paste tube

Effects - Mura Meister/copies/wallpaper/rotate

Adjust/blur/motion blur with angle 45 and strength 100 (2 more times)

Effects - Edge effects/enhance more 2 times

Crop

Copy/paste as new image

On this image use your AAA Frames - FOTO with following settings:

Adjust/softness/soften more

Grab your selection tool/rectangle/no feather

Draw out a rectangle from side to side

Promote selection to layer

Layer properties to overlay

Effects - Texture/antique mosaic with following settings:

Small gradient glow

Merge visible and resize by 90% and copy

Paste back on original image and add small gradient glow

Image/canvas size 700x700

Position tube and erase any at the bottom

Click on original image

Selection/float/modify/expand by 5/new raster layer and flood fill with color of choice

Move down one layer and add some noise

Click bottom raster

E22 - resize 45%

Duplicate/image/mirror/merge down

Duplicate and move down

E72 - resize 20% and position as you want

E53 - resize 60%

Move to left some/duplicate/mirror/flip

E51 - resize 20% and position

Duplicate/flip

Click top layer

E50 - resize 40% - position right side

E11 - resize 40%

Crop/resize as needed/merge visible/add proper copyright

I used my freehand selection tool and traced around my whole image to get rid of the excess mask
