Open p 6 and apply mask/merge group

AC frame 1 – resize 120

Click inside frame with magic wand and modify by 3/paste p1/invert/delete on keyboard/select none
Swirly2 – image/rotate right and place bottom of frame
Duplicate/image/mirror and place top of frame
Merge these 2 together and duplicate
Image/free rotate/left by 90...now position so it fits on frame
Place tube on frame and below the swirly layers
Erase any of the tube hanging over the bottom of the frame
I applied an inner bevel to the frame
Fan1 – resize by 40% and place right bottom corner of frame
Image/free rotate left/30
Flower3 – place on bottom part of fan
Flower3 – duplicate 3x and place corners of frame
Bow1 – resize 60% and place on top of flower and drag down so it is under the flower
Butterfly2 – place left side of frame kinda in the middle of frame
Image/free rotate/right by 20
Crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright
