Scrapkit - Romantic Summer by Gold Dust HERE
Template - HERE (I am using one by Shine)
Mask - your choice (I used a square -ish one)
Plug in - Xero - moonlight
Tube - Ellie Milk - HERE (please do not use without proper copyright)

I always start at bottom and work my way up
Remember to DS as yo u go
Open template and delete copyright layer and white background
Resize 90%
Image/canvas size/700x700
P19 - apply mask/merge group
Bottom rectangle - p8
Black rectangle - p16
Dark grey rectangle - p10
2 small black squares - merge together - p7
Black circle - p14
Paste close up of tube and erase any outside the circle
Xero - moonlight at 21
Layer properties at 70 opacity
Doodle1
Fireworks1
Heartscatter2 - resize 70% and place to left
Click top layer - glitter2 position down at bottom
Bow3 - resize 45%
Click on word - summer and the letter "I" - use p18
The white heart - p1
Add a small gradient glow of white to your words
Butterfly - image/free rotate/right by 20
Merge visible and crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright

DS as you go
Open p13 and paste close-up of tube
Layer properties/luminance legacy
Merge down
Apply mask/merge group
Duplicate to make a little darker
Frame1
E24
E4
Image/resize 80%
Image/canvas size/700x700
Paste main tube and drag below the last 2 layers and erase any showing at the bottom
E39 - resize 80% and position center
E36 - resize 60% and paste left hand side of frame and drag below tube
Click top layer
E7 - resize 25%
E9 - resize 25%
E1 - resize 45%
E52 - grab a font of choice and size font as needed and add an apostrophe s (I used size 60) - merge down
Resize this to 60 and position on top of frame
Now add are a girls best friend
Crop/merge visible/add proper copyright

Adding and Resizing to Animations

I love blinkies and wanted to add some flowers(12 frames) to a blinkie background (3 frames)...this tut will show you how to correct this
You need Jasc Animation for this
Blinkie - HERE
Flower - HERE
Open JAS
Open blinkie and flower
Your flower shows 12 frames and blinkie 3
Click blinkie
*Edit/select all/edit/copy
click last frame
Paste/after current frame*
Repeat 1 more time
You should now have 12 frames
Edit/select all
Click flower/edit/select all
Now on your blinkie...move the slider to the left (don't click on frame 1)
Put your pointer on frame 1 of flowers and drag onto frame one of blinkie and position where you want it.
In your tool bar...click view/animation
If happy...save...this is what I have

*NOTE
If your animation you want to add to the blinkie is too big...this is how you correct it:
click on empty flower ani and hit your undo button once (all 12 frames should still be selected
In your tool bar go to animation/resize animation using the percentage of original and I used 70
Back on your blinkie...hit your undo button 2 times (flower ani should be gone)
Use your slider to go back to frame one

Put your pointer on frame 1 of flowers and drag onto frame one of blinkie and position where you want it.

In your tool bar...click view/animation

Save

Remember to DS as you go
E9&11 - resize 80% and position on canvas with E11 as bottom layer
Grab magic wand and click inside E9/modify/expand by 2/p8/invert/delete- drag below
Position your close up and erase any outside frame - lower opacity to 60
Effects - VM Natural/lightsplash at default
E11 - click inside with magic wand/modify/expand by 2/p4/invert/delete - drag below
EC4000 - add a glass effect of your choice
E25 - position bottom layer and position  duplicate/image/mirror    - move to right side of E9
E4 - do the same as E25 except don't duplicate
Click top layer
E26 - resize 50%
E54 - resize 80%
E156
E70 - resize 60%
Crop/merge visible/add proper copyright

Open new image 600x250
Paste tube on canvas
Effect - Mura Meister/copies/wallpaper
Crop
Adjust/blur/motion/angle at 45/strength at 100
Duplicate
Effects - distortion/pixelate with the following settings:

Adjust/sharpness/unsharp mask

Layer properties - hard light/opacity 75

With the tube I used, I have some black I don't want. I grabbed my magic want/add/rgb/40 and clicked on those black areas (you will have to adjust your settings to your needs)

Delete on duplicate and original/select none

Duplicate/image/mirror on both

Selection tool - rectangle/add/feather 10

Drag this across the image

Layer - promote selection to layer

Select none

Add a small gradient glow

Grab your text tool and write your saying

Add same gradient glow

Position your tube

Effect - Xero Porcelain - last slider to left

Merge visible

New raster layer

flood fill with color to match

Selections/float/modify/contract by 8/hit delete

Add a glass effect to this layer

Add proper copyright

New image 150x150

Copy your image and place in avi

Add a new layer

Flood fill with same color

Repeat for the border changing the 8 to 5

Place tube, if you desire or just your saying

Add copyright if using your tube

R3 - E125 paper

R8 and copies - merge together

E58 - resize 25% - position - duplicate/resize 70% place into position - duplicate/resize/70% and position (delete R8)

E34 - resize 60%

Promoted selection - p12

Crop

E56 - resize 50%

E132 - drag down under R5

E20

Position your tube

E3 - position on canvas

Image/free rotate/right by 90

E29 - resize 30%

E6 - resize 25% - drag under E29

Duplicate/image/mirror/flip

Merge these 3 together/image/mirror and position

E13 - resize 20%

E11 - resize 20% and position a few times on E3

E26

E137 - resize 50% and drag down below tube layer

Merge all visible/resize as needed/add proper copyright
