Open frame 5
Image/canvas size/800x800
Grab magic wand and click inside frame
Selections/modify/expand by 8/p15/invert/delete
Drag paper down one layer
Flower doodle - place on bottom of frame
Doodlios - position middle of frame
Star spiral - position middle of frame
Star dangle - position top left on frame
Flower4 - resize50% and place on top of star dangle
Frame3 -resize 30% and place bottom right of frame
Place your tube so she is coming out of the frame
Confetti - position top left corner with some sticking out 
Duplicate/mirror and merge down
Duplicate/flip 
(we now have a mask)
Send this to bottom
Click top layer
Fireworks - do the same as you did for the confetti
Now send to bottom
Crop/resize as needed/add proper copyright/merge visible
