Effects - Mura Meister/copies/encircle top 3 numbers are 12, 65, 65

E47 - resize 25%

Position tube

E65 - erase the circle between the antlers - resize 35% 

Position and free rotate/left/10

Duplicate/image/mirror and place to your liking

E60 - erase little gold circle at top - resize 60%

E40 - position left

E41 - position right

E63 - rotate right - position at bottom

E58 - resize 40%

E44 - resize 25%

E11, 13, 14 - erase string from top - resize as you want (I did 20, 25, and 30)

Position and free rotate a little

E79 - resize 20% and drag down a few layers and position

E52 - resize 40%

E7 - resize 30%

E5 - resize 40%

Crop/merge visible/resize as needed/add proper copyright
